To rent a vehicle, the customer must be between the ages of 23 and 70 and have held a valid International Driving Permit without endorsement in the last two years. A client needs a copy of a valid passport, driver’s license, full contact details, and his 20% deposit of the actual total amount to enable confirmation of the booking and reservation of the vehicle for the specified dates. The balance can be settled when the service starts. Additional cash deposits may be required in certain special circumstances.
DRIVER’S LICENSE AND AGE
Drivers must present a valid national or international driving license. 2+ years, 21+ for Economy to Wagon groups, 25+, 3+ for Standard and above. Please let us know if you are over 75 years old. Age restrictions may apply at certain locations.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. For rentals of less than 24 hours he also requires a day rate.
INCLUSIVE PRICE/SEPARATE PRICE
Prices Include:
Unlimited mileage, driver, 18% VAT, local taxes, oil, maintenance and 24 hour roadside assistance. Special rates and conditions may apply to long-term rentals (30 days or more).
Price Does Not Include:
Fuel, Personal Insurance (PAI), One Way Rental Fee (if applicable), Optional Surcharges (Additional Driver, Child Seat, Optional Surcharge, Optional Insurance), Parking Fees, Motorways.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
A rental car can be driven by up to two people in addition to the main driver. Additional drivers often have a fee that can be purchased at time of booking. Additional drivers must meet age and driver’s license requirements at the time of rental and be part of the rental agreement. If an accident occurs while the vehicle is being driven by an unregistered driver, the rental car insurance will be void.
INFANT / CHILD /PASSENGER SEAT
Upon request at time of booking, a child/infant/assistant seat is available at an additional charge of up to USD 5.00 per day for him depending on the number of rental days.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct flight number and arrival time prior to departure. If this is not possible at the time of booking, please let us know at least 7 days before departure. No liability or compensation will be given for rental failures if the information is not provided in a timely manner. This is to ensure that staff are available upon arrival.
RENTAL CAR RETURN POLICY
Coming Home Late:
Any delay in the rental car will be charged one-third of his daily rate for each hour. Any delay of more than 3 hours will be counted as an extra day.
Early Return:
No refunds will be given if the customer returns the vehicle before the time or date specified in the rental contract.
Vehicle Condition:
The car must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was rented. Additional charges apply if special cleaning is required.
Fuel Policy:
Vehicles cannot be rented with a full tank of fuel. Therefore, the customer must return the vehicle with the same fuel as when it was picked up. No refund will be given if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than when it was picked up. However, customers may request a prepaid full tank at the time of booking.
Border Crossing:
Crossing from one country to another will be considered a cancellation of the car rental agreement, unless you requested a car rental for the purpose of crossing international borders.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your rental in accordance with our cancellation policy, you will be entitled to a refund.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
If you want to cancel the rental for your convenience, you will be charged a reservation cancellation fee based on the date of receipt.
Refunds will not be given if the return is delayed, if the rental is canceled after the rental has started, or if the rental ends in the middle.
